Applicant must include their original, valid, signed passport. It must be valid for 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least one blank passport page available for the required Visa Stamp.

Applicant must submit (2) 2” x 2” passport photographs, front view, color with a plain white background. The photo should be recent and different from the photo used for your passport.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from a company representative of the inviting party. This Letter of Invitation may be the original, a scan or photocopy. .

The letter should contain the following elements: .

The date, applicants name, introduction of applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details including the address of the company and location where applicant will be staying. .

Please provide a copy of your airline tickets or the computer generated flight itinerary from your travel agency as proof of your departure. The airline tickets must show round trip travel to Afghanistan including the return trip.

International Certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.
