A copy of reservation for every confirmed hotel during stay in country.  A letter from family member or friend if they are providing applicant with accommodations during stay in country.  The letter must include date of arrival, length of stay, host contact information including phone number and home address.

Applicant must include their original, valid, signed passport. It must be valid for 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least one blank passport page available for the required Visa Stamp. Applicant must also include one photocopy of the signature page.

Applicant must submit (2) 2” x 2” passport photographs, front view, color with a plain white background. The photo should be recent and different from the photo used for your passport.

Below is the required Visa Application for the country of Gabon. Applicants must completely fill out and sign this form using either blue or black ink.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from a company representative of the inviting party. This Letter of Invitation may be the original, a scan or photocopy.

The letter should contain the following elements:

The date, applicants name, introduction of the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details including the address of the company and location where the applicant will be staying.

The Visa applicant must present an official business letter with his/her application. This business letter must be in the United States sponsoring company or employer’s letterhead and must have an original signature.

The Business Letter should contain the following elements:

The date, the applicant’s name, applicant’s employment credentials, purpose of the trip, duration of stay, purpose of travel, contact and address of the company and location information while staying in the host country In the text of the letter it must state who will be financially responsible for the applicant during his/her stay.

Please provide a copy of your airline tickets or the computer generated flight itinerary from your travel agency as proof of your departure. The airline tickets must show round trip travel to Gabon including the return trip.

International Certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.

Other

A letter of employment certifying that the applicant is in good standing. It must include the dates of leaving and returning from the country.
