Applicant must include their original, valid, signed passport. It must be valid for 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least two blank passport pages available for the required Visa Stamp.

Applicant must submit (1) 1 3/8” x 1 ¾” passport photograph, front view, color with a plain white background. The photo should be recent and different from the photo used for your passport.

The Visa Application must be completed on line. Then print it out, sign and make and additional copy.

Applicants must have Visa invitation information from inviting organization before filling out the application form.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from a company representative of the inviting party. This Letter of Invitation may be the original, a scan or photocopy.

The letter should contain the following elements:

The date, applicants name, introduction of the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details including the address of the company and location where the applicant will be staying.

Please provide a copy of your airline tickets or the computer generated flight itinerary from your travel agency as proof of your departure. The airline tickets must show round trip travel to Russia including the return trip.

Note

Visa will not be issued to Russian Citizens with expires Passports. If you are a former Russian Citizen please contact our office regarding the proper documentation that needs to be submitted in order to get a Visa.
