Applicant must include their original, valid, signed passport. It must be valid for 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least two blank adjoining passport pages available for the required Visa Stamp

Applicant must submit (2) 2” x 2” passport photographs, front view, color with a plain white background. The photo should be recent and different from the photo used for your passport.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from a company representative of the inviting party. This Letter of Invitation may be the original, a scan or photocopy.

The letter should contain the following elements:

The date, applicants name, nationality, introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details including the address of the company and location where applicant will be staying.

This document must be certified by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Visa applicant must present an official business letter with his/her application. This business letter must be from the United States sponsoring company or employer’s letterhead and must have an original signature.

The Business Letter should contain the following elements:

The date, the applicant’s name, applicant’s employment credentials, purpose of the trip, duration of stay, purpose of travel, contact and address of the company and location information while staying in the host country In the text of the letter it must state who will be financially responsible for the applicant during his/her stay.

Please provide a copy of your airline tickets or the computer generated flight itinerary from your travel agency as proof of your departure. The airline tickets must show round trip travel to Saudi Arabia including the return trip.

International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever.

Applicant must submit a copy of their most recent monthly bank statement. The statement must state the applicant’s name as the account holder, the balances of the account, the date of the statement, and the complete transaction record for the month.

Certificate of Incorporation

The inviting company in Saudi Arabia must provide the applicant with a Certificate of Incorporation.

Note:

Applicants must also complete an online registration with the Saudi Arabian Embassy. This is called Enjaz Registration.
