Applicant must include their original, valid, signed passport. It must be valid for 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least one blank passport page available for the required Visa Stamp.

Applicant must submit (2) 2” x 2” passport photographs, front view, color with a plain white background. The photo should be recent and different from the photo used for your passport.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from Ministry of Labour, Commerce & Industries. This Letter of Invitation may be the original, a scan or photocopy.

The letter should contain the following elements:

The date, applicants name, introduction of the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details including the address of the company and location where applicant will be staying.

A medical report (in accordance with prescribed Tonga Health Form) issued within past 6 months by a medical practitioner approved by Tonga immigration.

Criminal Record:

A National Police Clearance issued in the past 3 months.

Other Requirements:

Copies of all visa supporting documents, including information pages of passport, are required and must be submitted along with originals.
