The Code requires all members to conduct annual background checks of their employees, locking up at the end of the day customer documents containing personal identifiable information (PPI), and shredding any remaining PPI customer information that is no longer needed to secure a passport or visa. Our members are well-established companies that have many years of experience working with Embassies and the U.S. Passport Agency and its regional offices. Entrusting one’s passport and travel documents to a third party can be a sensitive issue, but NAPVS members by adopting the NAPVS Code of Conduct are committed to keeping them safe and delivering them to you on time.
