Applicant has most recent passport in his or her possession AND
Applicant was 16 years or older when passport was issued AND
Applicant's passport was issued within the past 15 years AND
Applicant's passport is not damaged (normal wear and tear is acceptable)

The following prices are for PandV expediting services:

Standard (11 business days or longer) ---- $155.00
Rush Surcharge (4-10 business days processing) ---- $135.00

In addition to our expediting fees, there are government fees that are specified on the application form.

To qualify for a passport renewal, you must be able to answer YES to all of the following conditions:

I am a U.S. citizen

I can provide my most recent passport

I was at least 16 years old when my most recent passport was issued

I was issued my most recent passport LESS than 15 years ago

I use the same name as the name reflected on my most recent passport OR I have had my name changed and can submit a marriage certificate or court decree to verify this change

You must provide two color (2” x 2”), passport-type photographs. The photograph must:

Be printed on photo paper

Have a white background

Be two inches by two inches

Have been taken within the last six months

Taken without glasses, if applicable

The United States Passport Office has issued a guide on the correct format for photographs.

Cannot wear eyeglasses
(Refer to Passport Photo section on website)

If applicant is an infant, the eyes must be opened in the photograph.

You will need to provide one completed DS-82 Passport Renewal application form, which will be found on the U.S. Department of State website at:

https://pptform.state.gov/.

This form must be completed on-line. Hand written forms will not be accepted. This form must have an original signature

After completing the application print 2 copies of it.

This form must also be completed and signed in front of Passport

Acceptance Agency. Do not sign the application until instructed to do so by Acceptance Agent.

You will need to provide evidence of upcoming international travel as one of the following:

A computer generated flight itinerary from a travel agency or online booking company showing departure from US

If no itinerary is available a letter on business letterhead paper, addressed to the US Department of State, detailing your upcoming international travel dates and signed by your employer

Copy of Flight Itinerary

Copy of Airline Ticket

If your current name is different than the name printed on your last passport, you must submit an original or certified copy of marriage certificate (not a license) or court decree as evidence of your name change. The document must show the official seal of the issuing authority. All official documents will be returned.

You must complete and send the original “Passport Authorization Letter” contained in this passport application kit.

Your completed letter must include:

Answers for all required fields

The name of the company displayed in this letter's upper-right corner logo, written in the field "Courier Company Name"

Your signature in blue or black ink

The US Passport Authorization Letter requires you to check Option 1 and check one of the remaining options. Do not check all 3 boxes.

You must provide a copy (front & back) of one of the following:

A state-issued Driver's License issued more than 6 months ago

An alternative form of state or government-issued I.D such as a military picture identification

Previous U.S. passport (mutilated, altered, or damaged passports are not acceptable as proof of identity.)

Naturalization Certificate

NOTE: Your Social Security Card does NOT prove your identity. If none of these are available , you will need: a) Some signature documents (not acceptable alone as ID) – example: a combination of documents, such as your Social Security card, credit card, bank card, library card, etc. AND b) A person who can vouch for you. He/she must Have known you for at least 2 years, Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, Have valid ID, and Fill out a Form DS-71 in the presence of a passport agent.

You must provide PassportsandVisas with sealed envelope you obtained from an approved passport acceptance facility. The sealed envelope must contain your authenticated documents, forms, and proof of identity. You must also provide photocopies of all documents enclosed in the sealed envelope for PassportsandVisas to review prior to visiting the Post Office/Clerk of Courts.

Do not affix a shipping label to the sealed envelope. Insert the sealed envelope into a package suitable for shipping to PassportsandVisas

Paperclip the copies to the outside of the sealed envelope. PassportsandVisas cannot submit your sealed envelope to the US Passport Office without photocopy proof that you have provided all the required documents.

Find a Passport Acceptance Facility near you and make an appointment if necessary. A Passport Acceptance Facility can be a post office, clerk of court, public library, or other government office designated by the U.S. Department of State to accept passport applications

Make a copy of your documents prior to visiting the Passport

Acceptance Facility

Ask for a U.S. Passport Acceptance Agent who will have the applicant sign a passport application.

This is for verification of identity and determination of passport eligibility.

Provide your documents and $25 check to the Passport Acceptance Officer

Sign your completed DS-11 form in blue or black ink only in the presence of the Passport Acceptance Officer

Once your Passport Acceptance Officer has verified your documents and your identity, he or she will place them and your check for $45 made payable to the U.S. Department of State, in a sealed envelope which you will then submit to A Briggs

All the documents would be officially sealed in an envelope by an authorized Passport Acceptance Agent, which you need to ship to Travel the World Visas for hand carrying it to the U.S. Passport Agency. This envelope must have the certified seal of the Post Office or Courthouse in order for our company to submit the application to the Passport Agency.

NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THE OFFICIAL SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE CLERK AT THE POST OFFICE OR COURTHOUSE. DO NOT OPEN THE OFFICIAL SEALED ENVELOPE, ONLY PASSPORT PERSONNEL ARE AUTHORIZED TO OPEN THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

Do not include your photocopies in the sealed envelope

Attach the photocopies of all included materials by paperclip to the outside of your sealed envelope
